Each year, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Kelowna recognizes local leaders and businesses who are fostering mentally healthy workplaces and creating environments where everyone can thrive. The 2019 Mentally Healthy Workplace Awards will be taking place on November 19th from 7:00 am to 8:45 am at the Coast Capri Hotel.

Join us at this breakfast to learn practical tools and strategies that can be implemented and get inspired to take action! This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Joti Samra, a highly-regarded expert in psychological health and safety who has been involved in a number of national initiatives for policy change in Canada. Read more about Dr. Joti Samra here.  

The awards categories are for small business (1-20 employees), medium business (21-50 employees) and large business (51 or more employees). See the 2018 award winners here.
