At Acera Insurance, formerly CapriCMW, one of our core values is "Put People First" and a way that our team members live and breathe this value is by giving back to our local communities. For over 50 years, Variety has been helping children with special needs and their families access medical care and services not covered by private or public health plans. This is a cause close to the hearts of all of us at Acera Insurance and we have been a proud supporter for several years. In addition to being a sponsor for this year's Variety Show of Hearts, we launched a month-long fundraising campaign. 

February was Variety Month at Acera Insurance and our offices across BC were challenged to raise as much as possible in support of kids with special needs.

Thanks to the dedication and generosity of all those who participated and donated, including our partners at Northbridge Insurance, we are very excited to share that we raised a grand total of $16,707!

Variety Show of Hearts is an annual fundraising event that celebrates children of all abilities with special presentations on airing on Global BC over days and culminates in a Telethon. In addition to inspiring stories of children and families, viewers are treated to an incredible line-up of live entertainment. This year's Show of Hearts raised an incredible total of $6,346,637!
