Premiums

Life and Disability benefit amounts you are entitled to are based on your gross earnings. Premiums are funded via payroll deduction to avoid being taxed. 

Ecora covers 80% of FLEX Health and Dental premiums. Buying up to FLEX+ just means you pay the difference.
