Rider Family - $275.00/yr

Family Memberships are comprised of private individuals and permanent residents of the individual's household, including but not limited to, the individual's spouse and the relatives of either. Also included is any person under the age of 21 who is a dependent of the Insured but does not reside as a permanent resident of the Insured's household.
