Established in 1924, C.A.F.E. is a non-profit organization representing a broad spectrum of fairs from small community rural fairs to large urban exhibitions. Its membership includes provincial associations that represent agricultural societies across Canada, industry service providers and affiliate associations who have a direct interest and link with the Canadian fair industry.

The C.A.F.E. Annual Convention will be taking place from November 13, 2019 to November 15, 2019 in Halifax, NS. In addition to networking opportunities through meet and greats and the tradeshow, attendees will have plenty of opportunities over three days to connect, learn and collaborate through:

  • An Executive Leadership Program designed for senior leaders in the fair and event industry to engage with  peers, share their challenges and exchange ideas
  • Roundtable discussions and sessions with expert speakers on a variety of topics including volunteer recruitment, government relations, social procurement, smart tourism, crisis management and communications, etc.

On November 14, our own Daniel Tassoni will be speaking about proactive risk management, claims resolution and industry trends.
