CapriCMW is a proud partner of Accelerate Okanagan and we are very excited to be supporting the upcoming OKGN Angel Summit, a 10-week program designed to educate both investors and entrepreneurs on the capital raising process.

During this program, participating businesses will learn to effectively build relationships with prospective investors and prepare for investment. Meanwhile, participating angel investors will be trained on vetting companies, providing feedback, and performing due diligence to support early-stage companies.

Following an initial review by investors, 24 businesses will be chosen as quarter-finalists. In the weeks that follow,  the finalists will be narrowed down to the last 6 and the program will come to an end with the Finale on March 17, 2021. During this event, the final 6 businesses will give 5-minute pitches to an audience of community members and a winner will be chosen to receive an investment of $145,000.
