Kevin Casey brings 15 years of insurance experience and expertise to his role as Client Executive, Vice President at CapriCMW. Kevin specializes in providing custom insurance and risk solutions to residential and commercial strata corporations, developers and food processors. In this role, he is passionate about developing long-term relationships with his clients built on trust. He is a proud, active member of the Strata Property Agents of BC and Professional Association of Managing Agents. Kevin also holds a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation. Outside of his professional life, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, ATVing, fishing, boating and snowmobiling.

Mark began his career in 1994 with an international insurance brokerage in Alberta prior to returning home to Vancouver in 2001. With extensive experience developing and structuring of large, complex insurance and risk management programs in the manufacturing, construction, municipal and transportation sector he has extensive knowledge in all lines of commercial exposures and coverages. Mark's skills include providing clients with solutions beyond conventional insurance and making positive impacts on his client’s employees, customers and profits. Mark is a past Director with both the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters and the Insurance Brokers Association of British Columbia. He is also a member of the Insurance Institute of Canada and the Global Insurance & Risk Management Institute. He is an avid hockey & baseball player and spends his free time coaching these sports throughout the year.

As a founding partner and Co-Chairman of CapriCMW, Peter Casey brings over 40 years of insurance experience and expertise to his role. Beginning in the mailroom of an international insurance brokerage, Peter built his illustrious career from the ground up. Currently, Peter provides custom insurance and risk solutions for his long-term clientele in property development, construction and manufacturing and specializes in complex liability risks. He also holds a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Outside of his professional life, he has a keen interest in ice hockey, golf and tennis.

Richard Folkins brings over 25 years experience in the insurance industry as a client executive and Director of Complex Risks. In this role, Richard specializes in international placements for our clients and our global network partners including Howden One, GBN Worldwide, and Trust Risk Control. He holds his CIP and CAIB designations. Outside of his professional life he is an active skier, fisher, and tennis player.

Rob McFarlane brings over 30 years of insurance and risk management experience to his role as Client Executive, Vice President at CapriCMW. He provides custom insurance and risk solutions to a diverse clientele. Rob specializes in firms whose risk profile and/or corporate culture require attention to detail in an efficient and well-executed insurance and risk management plan. He is passionate about connecting with people and is highly involved in his professional and local communities. He serves on the BC Advisory Board of the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Association, Chair of the Langley Board of Education and Chair of the Kiwanis Club of Vancouver Seniors Housing. Rob also holds his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and  Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designations  as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.  Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time on the water and building 'stuff'.

Robert began his insurance career with CapriCMW in 2003 as an Associate Account Manager. Since then, Robert has held positions as a Commercial Marketer and Account Manager, specializing in complex manufacturing, construction, wholesale/distribution and commercial properties. His extensive expertise on the issues faced by these industries has proven to be a significant asset to his clientele in his current role as Client Executive, Vice President. He is actively involved as a member of the Mechanical Contractors Association of BC and the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters Association. Outside of his professional life, Robert is an avid football and hockey player as well as a strong advocate for health and fitness. He is a certified CrossFit coach and strives to help others achieve healthy lifestyles. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University and a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.

Roz Dickett brings over 15 years of insurance experience to her role as Client Executive, Vice President. As a key member of the CapriCMW Strata Specialty Practice, Roz is proud to work with leading property management companies across Metro Vancouver. Long-term clients trust Roz to explain risks and coverages effectively, provide meaningful advice and work hard on their behalf to achieve the best possible results.

Beyond her expertise with strata and property management placements, Roz has a deep understanding of real estate placements. She has been an active member of PAMA and volunteered her time to WICC—an insurance charity focused on the fight against cancer.

Outside of her professional life, Roz enjoys running, cooking, and spending time with family.

Roz joined the sales team at CMW Services in 2004. She holds her Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB Honours) designation. Roz brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience to her position. Previously, she was the Director of Sales for a world-class ski destination as well as a Marketing Instructor for BCIT's prestigious School of Business Marketing Management Program. As a result of her vast sales experience, she has developed a detailed understanding of the issues facing businesses today. Roz works with a wide variety of commercial clients including a large number of tourism businesses, as well as property management and strata clients. She is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of service and the best in risk management. As one of CMW's strata Account Managers, Roz delivers a competitive and high quality insurance program to her valued clients. Roz and the CMW strata Account Managers form a core group of professionals that pride themselves on being the most knowledgeable team of strata experts in the industry today.

Sean Graham is a Client Executive, Vice President at CapriCMW with over 20 years of experience advising stakeholders in non-profit, faith-based and charitable organizations. Currently, he provides custom insurance and risk solutions to a diverse clientele, specializing in jewellery and fine arts, non-profit, non-governmental and charitable organizations, private education institutions and camps.  Sean is passionate about serving and partnering with people and helping their organizations thrive with simple, effective and economical solutions. He currently serves on the board of City in Focus. Fun fact - Sean is a formered ordained minister and still occasionally performs wedding ceremonies.

Shaheen Esmail brings over 25 years of insurance experience to her role as Client Executive, Vice President at CapriCMW. She provides custom insurance and risk solutions to a diverse clientele in manufacturing, food and beverage, real estate, hospitality, assisted living, self storage, warehousing/freight forwarding, retail/distribution, residential and commercial strata and jewellers. She is passionate about serving her clients with the integrity, creativity and resourcefulness they expect. Shaheen is an active volunteer and participant in community organizations and charitable initiatives including the Canadian Cancer Society, Aga Khan Foundation Canada, Aga Khan Museum, World Partnership and Ismaili Walks. Fun fact – Shaheen is an identical twin, born in Nairobi, Kenya and raised in Kigali, Rwanda and Brussels, Belgium prior to making Vancouver her home in 1975.
