Road Service Agent (Vernon North)
We require a conscientious team player with the desire and ability to provide exceptional client service. Previous sales experience will be an asset as you will be working autonomously in a fast paced environment. This position requires a minimum Level 1 license with the requirement to successfully obtain a Level 2 license within 6 months, and a minimum of 1 year experience with ICBC and private insurance coverages.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide auto and other types of insurance to clients at the various local dealerships which includes driving from location to location
- Maintaining and building dealership relationships
- Recommend and implement clients' insurance coverages, premiums and methods of payment
- Provide information on varying insurance policies, including risk coverages, limitations and other features
- Work with clients to manage and reduce their risk
- Respond to emergencies and assist clients with their claims
- Processing Transactions in EPIC, ICBC system, autolink and private insurers web portals
- Others duties and tasks as assigned by team leader

- Must have a valid driver’s license - Local travel is required between dealerships.
